A window and door system with high thermal insulation, whose profiles have a three-chamber design.

The feature that sets the system apart is its thermal insulation coefficient. Thanks to the use of new-generation insulating inserts, a Uf coefficient in the range of 0.73-1.21 W/m²K was achieved. This value is further improved by the use of a 45mm wide chambered thermal break made from innovative materials. The structural depth of the sections is 90mm for the frame and 99mm for the sash. Possible filling thicknesses: from 17mm to 82mm. A new feature of the system is the fitting of doors with a system of roller hinges with very high load-bearing capacity. The Star system also features a new standard overlap between the profile and the glass. The increased depth significantly improves the thermal and structural properties of the system. The introduction of an innovative system for draining water from the structure (no visible elements to plug the drainage holes) influences the final, very modern design of the final product.

The STAR window and door system can be used to build, among other things:

  • all types of exterior windows and displays,
  • single and double-leaf external doors,

the solutions used in the STAR system make it possible to design structures with the features of other Aliplast systems.
