Expanded polystyrene
PANELTECH HAS BEEN OFFERING HIGH-QUALITY SELF-PRODUCED EPS FOR OVER 25 YEARS.
Our offer includes a wide range of EPS production options, tailored to various applications and the insulation needs of our customers. We provide facade, roof, floor, and foundation EPS in multiple variants, including EPS 032 PRO LAMBDA, with a thermal conductivity coefficient (λD) of 0.032 W/(mK).
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is an excellent insulation material, widely used in the construction industry. Due to its lightweight nature and great thermal insulation properties, it is the most popular and cost-effective solution for building insulation.
EPS types
Facade polystyrene
Roof and floor polystyrene
EPS 037 ROOF FLOOR STANDARD
Insulation panels with thermal conductivity coefficient λD ≤0.037(W/(mK)
EPS 031 Pro lambda roof floor
Insulation panels with thermal conductivity coefficient λD ≤0.031(W/(mK)
EPS 034 terra aqua standard
Insulation panels with thermal conductivity coefficient λD ≤0.034(W/(mK)
More about eps

advantages
- resistance to water, mold, fungi and bacteria
- easy to process because it does not create dust, does not cause allergies and does not require the use of personal protective equipment,
- excellent thermal insulation properties,
- is not harmful to health, as evidenced by allowing it to come into contact with food products.
Application of eps
Espanded polystyrene is used for thermal insulation in construction, mainly to insulate:
- external walls of buildings,
- roofs, ceilings and flat roofs,
- floors, floor coverings,
- heating and cooling devices.
