SANDWICH PANEL PWW-S LITE
PWW-S LITE wall sandwich panel with a mineral wool core and a visible joint has been designed for the construction of external and internal partition walls, as well as suspended ceilings. It is characterized by a competitive price, good fire resistance, and effective thermal insulation properties.
The panel is installed both vertically and horizontally using steel screws that pass through the panel into the structural elements of the building. It is fully compatible with the PWW-S wall panel and is externally and internally compatible with other Paneltech wall panels, such as PWPIR-S and PWPIR-S LITE.
The insulating core of the panel consists of mineral wool with a density of 85 kg/m³. The panel facings are made of profiled, galvanized steel sheets coated with protective paint layers. The edge joints of the core have been designed in such a way that they do not require additional sealing.

2) average weight of a sandwich panel with 0.5 mm outer facing, including product tolerance
3) fire rating concerning the propagation of fire by the wall when the fire acts towards the outside. This property applies to the Polish territory only and is not CE-marked.
4) for more details on the General Terms of Sale and Delivery, go to www.paneltech.pl
5) organic coat selected on the basis of durability and application conditions. Coat selection is carried out through environmental assessment and basing on an environmental questionnaire completed by the Client, approved by the steel manufacturer and Paneltech
6) other steel types are selected according to application conditions and approved by Paneltech
7) panels with G – smooth or R – groove facing may include micro-waving, which can affect the aesthetic appeal of the product which is classified as fully compliant with EN 14509, annex D

The profiling of sandwich panel is intended to emphasize aesthetic values as well as increase stiffness. Depending on the type of panel, various variants of profiling are available on both sides. The depth of profiling is approximately 1 mm. The exception is the external facing of the roof panels, which has an individual trapezoidal T profile, approximately 2 mm deep.
