ROOF PANEL PWW-D
PWW-D roof sandwich panel with a mineral wool core is designed for roofing and roof coverings in buildings requiring high fire resistance and acoustic insulation. It stands out due to its excellent fire protection properties and good thermal insulation performance.
The panel allows for roof coverings with a minimum slope of 2.86° (5%) when installed as a single element from the eaves to the ridge, and 5.14° (9%) if panels are joined along their length (when the roof length exceeds the recommended production length of the panel). Installation is carried out using steel screws, which are fixed through the panel to the building’s structure. The PWW-D panel is fully compatible with PWS-D roofing panels and is externally compatible with Paneltech roofing panels PWPUR-D / PWPIR-D and PWPIR-D LITE.
The insulating core of the panel is made of mineral wool with a density of 100 kg/m³. The panel facings consist of profiled, galvanized steel sheets coated with protective paint layers. The edge joints of the core are designed in such a way that they do not require the use of additional sealing materials.

The profiling of sandwich panel is intended to emphasize aesthetic values as well as increase stiffness. Depending on the type of panel, various variants of profiling are available on both sides. The depth of profiling is approximately 1 mm. The exception is the external facing of the roof panels, which has an individual trapezoidal T profile, approximately 2 mm deep.

External facings of Paneltech sandwich panels are available in a wide range of colors consistent with the RAL color system. The offer of SP 25 polyester linings is divided into standard, typical and untypical colors.
